Welcome to Scream Squid! By downloading, accessing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Refund Policy:

  • Purchases made on the Google Play Store are subject to Google Play’s refund policies. You can request a refund within the time frame specified by Google Play by visiting the Google Play Help Center.
  • Refunds for purchases made on the App Store are managed by Apple. You can request a refund by visiting the Apple Support website.
  • Refund requests outside of these platforms must be submitted directly to our support team at info@resurrectedstudio.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that all refunds are subject to applicable laws.

Note: All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable laws or at the sole discretion of Resurrected Studio.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Scream Squid is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that it will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resurrected Studio shall not be held liable for any damages arising from your use of Scream Squid, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Scream Squid at our discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.
